Constant Signal Issues
Saturday 11/23/24 tv digitizing constant called Cox they say they can't locate my box to send a signal and had a technician come out between 1-3pm. The technician comes and changes splitters in the box outside and then says the line from the pole to my house needs to be replaced but there was a car parked in front of the pole. so then the technician states that they will come out on Monday 11/25/24 and replace the line. Monday morning call Cox and they could not come out until Tuesday 10-12, so I leave work go home meet the technicians and they ran a new line, changed the box out twice, then service was up, service worked fine. Went to bed get up this morning and on the screen when I turned it on states remote will not work? Called Cox again, tech rep states that there is a signal but it is weak and now can not come out until 11/30/24 3-5 pm. So now I will not have cable again from 11/27/2024 until 11/30/2024, This is BS.
