Investigation Go App Access

I'm trying to configure the Investigation Discovery App on my FireTV stick and successfully authenticated and activated it - but after activating it says "Your cox settings do not include this content" but I verified that I do get the channel (channel 1150).   Any idea why it would say my settings dont have the content?
