Cox Homelife App

Cox Homelife App no longer allows me to use FaceID on my iphone to log on. It will use FaceID to turn the alarm on and off but not to log on. Did the app change or do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Thanks.

      Unfortunately, that does not help. Should I uninstall and reinstall the app? It is up to date.

        Hi, there. If toggling the Face ID did not help. uninstalling and reinstalling the app might help. Did the phone recently update? If so, you can also try walking the update back. Let me know if this helps.
