Remote replacement process
Why has it been over month since I’ve started experiencing issues with my remote. I contacted Cox and got the run around, with a promise that one was ordered. Weeks go by, I contact them again only for them to tell me that it was not ordered. I then was forced to ordered it again, then was charged for doin it. Only to get the replacement, and it be the wrong model remote. So it has been a month without being able to use the service and to be charged for it! I ask what or is this the process?
