moving furniture
I had to rearrange furniture this morning and moved the TV to the other side of the wall.I was careful to replace all the cords the same way I took them out. But now after spending time trying to get a connection I am still unable to make progress. I called Cox and they were not able to help me. I made the mistake of telling them I had moved the TV while I had to rearrange some furniture . I guess I am never supposed to move the TV in this house. According to them it's all my fault. I am not supposed to move the TV unless I am a a Cox tech who can fix what ever is wrong. It's really outrageous Cox will charge $55.00 because I am unable to fix this problem. Low upload means no file sharing or streaming. For those of us that earn our money online and did not get bailed out by the government, this is a death sentence.
