Cox connect having technical problems

I have called cox. They were no help the app is not working. I am in Holland and want to record a race.  I did not sign up for something that  does not work. I wonder if this is grounds to go back to Direct Tv?  Nobody has any answers at cox. 

This has not worked in10 days.  Thank goodness for net neutrality.
