Home Life / Amazon Alexa Compatibility

I just added Home Life automation to my new house because of the convenience of already having cox but the inconvenience of it not being compatible with Alexa Might be enough for me to switch it out with something more universally user friendly. I love my Alexa's and part of the reason for wanting a smart Thermostat and lights was so Alexa could help us manage them.

    Hi Dg2squared2, at this time, Cox Homelife products are not compatible with Alexa smart home devices. However, a new modem and wireless router combo device will be introduced before the end of the year that is supposed to integrate with Cox Homelife Automation products. It may provide a bridge to Alexa and other smart home devices. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
