Hello Malamutants,
That is a great question. I can understand wanting to make sure that no one was able to use your Cox login information without your permission.
First, I would recommend changing the password. This would require a new login attempt to access any apps. www.cox.com/residential/support/changing-your-security-question-and-answer-on-coxcom.html
Next, if that person knows your pin number or secret question and answer, I would recommend changing them, so that they can' go through the forgot password to change the password back.
Lastly, I would recommend setting up 2-step verification. www.cox.com/.../enrolling-in-two-step-verification-online.html
