I can never open the notifications for some reason.

Worked for me using Chrome on Pixel 7 without desktop mode. Testing drvegas Does a normal notification work?
I'm not referring to the notifications here on the forum. I'm referring to the notifications on the Cox website.

Doesn't work using a PC either.
Those "notifications" are Cox marketing their services. You aren't missing anything.
