Were you guys able to figure anything out? Hubby and I’s usage suddenly went up over the last few months. Was forced to switched to unlimited due to him working from home. I don’t understand what is using the data. Was promised we could see the data usage with their modem and we cannot see each devices usage.
Hi Vywien. In order to view your data usage by device within the Cox app you will need to have a panoramic Wi-Fi modem. You will also need to name your devices to be able to tell your devices apart.
