why does this happen
I was fine till yesterday.
I can't say what may be causing the issue. Our field technician would be able to look into that further.

im not sending out anymore techs, they waste my time. they do the same thing. check to see if Im getting packet loss, the techt that came to my house saiid " oh you are getting like 2-5% thats good." and left.
