Outage Again
Do we get credit when there is constant outages. I'm currently on my 4th outage this week alone.

I think you can once the outage is over. It isn't automatic though. You need to contact Cox and request the credit. Billing is closed until Monday though so your best bet is to contact one of the moderators here at cox.help@cox.com and request that way. It won't be that much though for 4 days of service unfortunately.
