Service outage

Waiting all day for service to be restored from a PLANNED outage.  Several estimated time missed.  Then support has the audacity to try to sell me faster service.

I know how important it is to remain connected to the things you care about.  I apologize for any inconvenience the outage has caused. Our techs are often very accurate in the estimates provided, but please know it is an estimate and is subject to change as work progresses.
