Successful Transition With Insufficient Funds
I recently got charged an amount that I didn't have on my account associated to paying my Cox bill. On Coxs' end, the payment was successful. On my bank's end, it was not. Now my wifi is not working....

I can understand how an unexpected charge could be concerning. I'd like to help. Please know the purpose of the Cox community forums is to allow customers to discuss technical topics related to residential Cox services with other customers and we encourage our users to assist each other where possible via this avenue.
