What does Service Interruption in red on My Services page mean? Also on Cox mobile APP states internet disconnected in red.

I am having the same issue. Have spoke to tier 2 tech and may believe be my modem, Netgear CM700 since it uses the intel puma chipset, before buying new modem to get same results, wondering if anyone else has idea or maybe what was doen to fix other thread as that user said problem was fixed, i have exact issue, services states interrupted on cox website and phone app, download speeds normal but upload is bad.

    Sometimes a simple reboot will correct this. It may take overnight or several hours but try unplugging your modem for 30 seconds then plug it back in. See if it shows connected tomorrow. Otherwise reach out to support.
