Who can I email feedback to regarding poor quality service from online chat? Also, why is it so hard to locate a customer service phone number?

50 moderators view? Unless there are a ton that look and don't post I can't see that number being higher then 10. I think it has more to do with search bots used by search engines.
Trying to actually talk to a person is ridiculous.
