FORTNITE packet loss again,

I upgraded to the ultimate 300 plan and I was not having packet loss for weeks and now I am getting it again. this is so annoying. I cannot deal with these shenanigans. I have tried everything to fix it, I have not been lucky enough to find a fix. thinking about dropping cox bc this is unacceptable. I want this fixed. it was fine for weeks, so something happened overnight. so fix it .

    Hi Zurq, at this time, I am detecting intermittent packet loss. I've pinged your modem several times, and only one time 3/50 packets were lost. Sending out a service technician is the best course of action at this time. Please feel free to email us at cox.help@cox.com, if you continue to have issues after the service appointment. -Kevin M.       why does this happen

      I was fine till yesterday.

        I can't say what may be causing the issue. Our field technician would be able to look into that further.
